The TeXmacs workshop will take place from Sunday February 26 until Friday March 2, 2012 at Falésia Hotel, Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal. We suggest partipants to arrive at the Hotel on Saturday February 25 and leave on Saturday March 3, but other dates for the arrival and departure are possible.

Reservation and payments

All participants must reserve their room by sending an email to marisa@falesia.com under the mentioning “Joris van der Hoeven's group”. We have negotiated a special full board room rate of 54 euros per night. You will have to prepay 30% in advance and the rest at the hotel. No refunding will be possible in case of cancellations, but invited participants will be reimbursed after the meeting. We also plan to add coffee breaks for an additional cost of 5 euros per day; this will be added to the 54 euros room rate on checkout. Credit cards details or bank transfers should be supplied to Marisa before February 1, 2012.

IMPORTANT: please carefully keep all your receipts, airplane tickes and boarding passes. You will need them in order to get reimbursed.

Joining the hotel

We will arrange pick-ups at the Faro airport for most participants (please check the list of arrival and departure times). The other participants are invited to take taxis from the airport, railway or bus station (and will be reimbursed after the conference).
